Terms of service

Welcome to Pari-pari Mentari, a small home under Rumah Seribume. By visiting this space or bringing a piece home, you’re agreeing to the terms below - written with care, for clarity and mutual trust.

1. General

Each Pari-pari Mentari piece is handmade in small batches - gentle variations in lace, fabric, or stitching are part of its nature, not flaws. They carry the marks of human touch, not perfection, but presence.

All prices are listed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)
Orders are fulfilled from Malaysia, and shipping is currently available to Malaysia and Singapore, with hopes to grow further in time.

2. Payments

Payments are accepted securely through HitPay (which supports FPX, credit/debit cards, Visa, Touch ’n Go, GrabPay) and PayPal.

Your payment details remain private and are never stored on this site.

3. Shipping

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email when it begins its journey to you. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

For pre-order pieces, please allow the stated production time before shipment - slow making takes a little time to bloom.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is crafted with thought and care, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of receiving it at hello.seribume@gmail.com, with a photo of the issue.

For returns due to incorrect or damaged items within Malaysia, I’ll cover the return delivery fee. For Singapore or other regions, return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer.

Refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind, as each piece is made in small quantities.

5. Content & Sharing

If you share photos of yourself wearing or using a Pari-pari Mentari piece and tag us, it’s taken as kind permission to repost your image with full credit and gratitude.
